Simon B Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Hello, Whenever I change gear my gearbox makes a weird noise, a bit like a large dog whimpering, it only happens when I press the clutch in or let it out. I had discounted thrust bearing as it isn't there if there is light pressure on the clutch. Input bearing on gearbox has been mentioned, its a split santana box originally from a V8 fitment.
