Top marks to the lifeboat guess and minor marks to the refrigeration type response (as that's more than obvious )... Its what is referred to as a chiller unit I guess. Its a refrigerant to water heat exchanger for the use of running chilled water to the interior of a saturation diving chambers ECU (environmental control unit) installed in a lifeboat - or commonly known as a HLB (Hyperbaric LifeBoat).
