IanT90
Recently replaced my rear discs calipers and pads. Great stops a lot better, however as the vehicle slows to a crawl the brakes squeal. As everything's clean don't suspect brake dust ! Doesn't happen when braking initially only when vehicle's slowed right down and coming to a stop. Any ideas ?
western
pull the pads & apply a smear of copper grease to the rear face where the caliper piston presses on, or there maybe some anti squeal shims you not fitted, did the old parts have the shims if Yes, just swap them into the new calipers. IanT90
No shims on the rear although they where on the front. Will try the copper grease tip first thanks Ian
