Front door lock striker plate - mounting plate

1989, 90" - the alloy plate that the drivers door striker mounts onto has taken a hit sometime, bent it in and cracked it through the angle return/web.

It is held by some pop rivets and the bracket support back to the bulkhead, easy to change if I can get another.

Can anyone tell me the part number and if it is available?

Thanks, Western but that does not show the panel bit I want, it just shows the B pillar as one continous upright but it is actually made up of several bits rivetted together and it is the thicker latch strengthener plate that I need.

Have a look at your own one and you will see what i mean.

Maybe i need to look for one from a breakers.

That item 12 seems to be a steel stiffener for a truckcab.

Looks like the plate I want is as you say part of the tub, so I either try and get one from a scrappie or make one, looks like about 2mm thick but I could do with getting a decent, tougher grade of alloy than plain old soft aluminium.

Thanks, Kev
