Snagger Posted July 31, 2019 Share Posted July 31, 2019 Any decent bearing manufacturer will etch the races with brand and bearing number. Any plain parts would be of low quality, I think. I would not accept them if I had ordered genuine. As for the missing items that have been charged, that is theft. Writing a o the UK’s Trading Standards would be a useful step - if enough people have similar experiences, they’ll eventually do something about it, and could at least give you some information on how to best resolve the problem.
