    Series carb for off roading

    I took my series out today on a few lanes but as soon as she was at an angle the engine cut out. It seems that there's no fuel going to the carb when leaning right. Presume this is a common fault? I got the standard zenith carb, if I need to change what do I get? Do I need an electric fuel pump as well?

    Hi.

    I used to green lane loads in the late 80's. in a series 2a. Now i've got a discovery and fixed the floor.

    I've been out a few times but most of the green lanes we used to use are either shut or don't appear to be used much.

    Went a long the downs, between Harting and Cocking, halfway a long it appeared that it was also shut allthough didn't see any signs at the end, so was too late.

    Anyway any ideas? Looking in the Petersfield, Midhurst, Liphook, Emsworth, Chichester area east meon etc.

    Know loads of lanes but not sure of the ststus of them.

    My Discovery is a 200 standard except fo MT tyres. Not too worried about scratches etc.

    Thanks any ideas? Or anybody want to go on a greenlane expedition?
