Hi this i got off plcuk.co.uk and is from in the area from where alot of you are from.
Stolen: Black Discovery 200tdi Reg H669 GWL (i can give you chassis numbers etc if ya ask)I had a phone call today saying that my disco has gone, have i taken it? the answer was NO!
After asking a few questions it turns out that some pikey scumbag lifted it with a hiab yesterday morning, best part was it was between 8am and 11am and was seen doing it! phoned the plod who were helpful as normal !!!!!!!
So if anybody knows of its location please contact me pete_lewis1974@msn.com or the plod
btw it was taken on a black hiab lorry if its of any use.

This mite sound silly but instead of working out how long the bar your using and the weight you need to hang off it why not buy one of those cheap torque wrenches (the one with a poniter on it) and use that! they cost around 10-12 quid.
I know there not great but alot better than try to second guess filling a bottle with water and working out the length of the bar your using it on etc.
This type i'm talking about.

One more thing to check and this does happen ....... when you took the injectors out the first time did all come out with the copper washer??
sometimes they get stuck down the hole and are a b*%~~&~ to get out.

Hi guys
i been trying to remember the name of a 4X4 that was made in romsey hants (i think) from what i remember it was made in the 80's and was fitted with a perkins engine (dont sure which one).
It also had chrysler axles fitted to it with free wheeling hubs and one thing that sticks in my mind was it had three windscreen wipers across the front and was A BIG 4X4.
can anyone remember it or got pic's?

p.s. sorry it's not much info to go on but someone i knew a long time ago had one and it's been bugging me for sometime now what it was.

The roadside examiners get points for the number of prohibitions. If they fail to reach that target they are likely to face disciplinary action.
They can seize your vehicle if it fails a roadside emissions check. So if you took your cat off ....
Other items that will end up with a prohibition notice -
brake check
window tint
oil leaks
that will see most landys taken off the road then
