  1. With pleasure ! Was nice to tot alk to all of you

We promised someone a small T shirt and had too much beer and vodka and cider to remember where to send it in Belgium so please let me know.......

I'm trying to persuade Si to have some more Xeng keyrings made, the ones with the bottleopener and spanner bits. He's trying to persuade me to buy a range rover sport. Watch this space to see who caves in first.

  2. We had a fab time on the Xeng stand

The Shire club were more than welcoming and the sight of Si trying to get back out of Mouse will stay with me for a very long time - he turned every which way and he still couldn't slide out! We hiccuped 'home' with luminous bands round our heads having sampled Jez's vodka.

The Belgians were very hospitable too. Xeng is evidently going to have to up the ante on the entertaining side. A properly cooled bar with three beers on draught was very impressive. Put our bags of nuts to shame.

We had a good drive home with a much lighter van and Si has spent the day moving into bigger and better premises. Can't wait for next year

  3. Also just back in, excellent weekend, but the music at 5-45 !! :o good job i was up then

Glad i was part of one of the clubs, so got away early, and in Brighton by 10 for breakfast !! :D

Found ibexman,s 110, but must have missed you, nobody about ? Missed Petergg as well, funny feeling his the one telling the commentator that his vehicle was the unmodifed one

Ever the salesman, Chris W even manged to sell me some quikfists from Si's X-Eng stand, less forum discount  just have to sort a job for them ???

X-eng had a great time. We met loads of people, Si joined the Shire club as he likes them so much. He says it was nice to meet Rachel, Mike's missus. Chris W is staying chez X-eng tonight and has enjoyed an evening at the local with Si

  4. We had a great time. I got to meet loads of the offroaders Si talks about meeting at events, its always good to put faces to names.

Its also good to get positive feedback about the products and thoughts on modifications. The black X-lites seemed to go down well and Rogue Vogues rangey sparked a load of interest in the springs.

We got off lightly with the weather where we were I think, at least we weren't ever under water, although I aspire to a big waffle bridge of our own one day.

Apologies to those I may have offended during a heated discussion about my squashed box (!!?!!) I look forward to meeting you all again soon, hopefully when I may be sober enough to remember all your names. Si seemed to make big friends with Dans dog despite him stealing Si's chair and covering him in mud

  5. We had a great time, only down side was the trip home and getting caught in long tailbacks as soon as we got onto the M1. I set off before Si and he's still not made it home with the exhibition trailer.

I managed to sleep through ORRPs exploits - that's how noisy they were and we were less than 100 yards away - Billing security at its best!
