[Viewing a TD4 Thurs??]

Evening

Think i am going to view a 2000 TD4 on thurs eve and wondered if anyone can recommend what i need to check/inspect??? I have searched on here for a 'buyers guide' but not found any points of reference.

If anyone could list any specific items to the Freelander or TD4 i would be most grateful, Freelander is a new vehicle to me so any help/info would be most welcome.

bought one recently 85k miles track rod end worn, rear bush holding diff to body shot, window rubbers rotten, camshaft sensor failed in 250 miles they cost lots to keep going and thats from my local dealer

[td4 starting problem]

I have a td4 which fails to start on occasions it turns over fine but wont fire up then for no reason it just starts it will be fine for some time then suddenly repeats.

has anyone any ideas
