its all down to the "Mods" which if most of us are honest have them fitted
-
You can power the rig up just dont transmit anything

i have used tri and dual axle trailers. my experience is that your tow hitch hight must be spot on or you will have a few brown pants moments. !
My preference is the duel axle... nose weight is better on the back of the truck and very well behaved on a road trip with weight or without.

2 of them over the windscreen would look nice

i have a road legal challenge 90, i went for a quote with the NFU with all the mods highlighted they were quite expensive. So i tried Adrian Flux and 3 party F and T was only £300 with limited millage (just said under average miles per year)
i thought it was pretty good

workshop manual states 0.85 bar for a Defender 200tdi.
My defender 200 tdi is running 1 bar boost with an oversized intercooler

The NAS lights look good on a UK Defender

Any updates on the blue smoke? Did she pass the MOT?
-
soak it in a little derv overnight

I know its not a TD5 but my defender 200 tdi with oversized intercooler is running at 1 bar

Can you check the valve clearances?
-
The side air intake noise on my new Defender is adding to the in cab noise levels - but are snorkels any quieter or do
they just shift the noise higher?
Should prevent a little less noise but its not a bad noise to listen to??

Fan Cowling.... It can distort over the years with the heat.. always worth a check to see iif its secured back tidy, if so take a light sanding to the ends of the fan to stop this from happening

I would have a look at the timing then do a valve clearance check.... the 200 tdi does run rough if the valves dont have there clearance!

I have just recently had fun and games with my PAS pump on my 200 tdi defender... A unique pump just for the 200

Get that moved high up or there might be a risk of water ingress!
