[How much to change a cam belt]

Hello

I am looking to have my cam belt changed, I am tempted to do it my self after reading through the technical forum.

Before I have a go, a couple of questions. First how much would a garage charge to do it?

Second does anyone know a good mechanic who can do it near Gravesend Kent?

Third is it really as easy to do, as the tech forum suggest?
