Am interested, too, in the 100mm intake.
Sounds as if you have a tubular exhaust manifold. If so, does it make much of a difference to power ?
My reading about plug-ins leads me to think they are not good.
More power for you = remove back exhaust box and go for propane fumigation. Can be significant bettering of acceleration and fuel consumption if used correctly. Can be significant engine damage if used incorrectly.

My experience is the same as that of 'eyore'. Taking out the middle box has given my Td5 a definate boost in torque.
Passed the NCT without a problem.
Modified 2001 Td5 with 90,000 miles on the clock.

propane fumigation system installed a few years back. Cost about £500. Has paid for itself many times over. Correctly set up will give +bhp and improved mpg.
