I pulled out of our gates behind a black Disco 3 registration: R 7 DUT £30,000 car - can't afford a 20 quid hands free. Driven by a male wearing a fluorescent jacket. Nothing unusual about this - except that this muppet was glued to his mobile phone for the entire part journey that I followed him - just over a mile. Still on his phone when I pulled over.
