Suspension springs

Hola all,

I have read the thread concerning people's thoughts on britpart springs that aside, I have a 200tdi that has been bobtailed and pickup'd - bought it like that with brit part springs on so am stuck with them for a bit :P

I think the springs are the heavy duty springs rather than a straight +2" spring as the car is very stiff on them and less cushiony soft. Owing to the car having been made into a bobtail pickup it has a reasonable nose down butt up attitude (far less weight over the rear now). Today I put a set of 2" spring spacers on the front which has levelled the motor up a fair bit but it probably still does have a slight nose down tilt to it. Anyway, with the 2" spacers under the front springs with them under normal compression they tend to slightly bow (curve) forward from top to bottom rather than hang straight up and down. Will this be OK?

Also, will it be OK to not put the +2" rear spacers on the in order to keep it from looking a drag racer again?

Cheers

DaveJ
