ste clark
ok guys.. the story goes.. lifted my disco 5 inches on 31 inch mud tyres.. never put any castor correction gear or double cardan props on.. went out the other sunday to a local mud bath car wrecking place (its great)! thrashed the beast for a day then on the way home had some funky clunking noises... dropped the box out and the transfer box was destroyed.. no big issue.. i had one in my spare car! put the new box in with a new clutch kit.. greased the shaft too when we put it back together.. now the clutch feels like that of a 14litre ERF and bites when the pedal is about 2mm off the floor.. tried bleeding the clutch but everything seems normal with fluid pressure... anyone got any ideas??
