SammyT1985 Posted January 8, 2010 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Hi All, After reading some posts on here, i'm going to attempt an oil change on my gearbox to try and cure (if not lessen) the 2nd gear crunch i've currently got intermitantly. Does anybody have a 'how to' guide on this process, or some tips on the best way to do it please? Also, there seems to be differing opinions as to which oil to go for? Some say MTF94, others ATF Dexron IID. Can anybody advise please? If its any help, the cars covered 164'000 miles if this has a bearing on it? Thank you in advance! Sam.
