Top90 Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Boris the Mayor is planning to scrap plans for minibusses and light goods vehicles that were to come into force in 2010 meaning they must be Euro3 or pay a fine. Yes this is very good news, however the LEZ people are still insisting that I will be affectet in 2010. They seem to still be confused themselves.
