Thanks for all your information, i've now managed to make a great side awning that fully retracts into a small tube. I will upload some links for a picture once i find out how to do it. I found some great covers from a tarpaulin company called www.tarpsuk.co.uk . Really well priced. Speak soon need to check out all the other forums on here and i'll be back soon with pics.....
