My 1995 Disco one came without a wheel brace. So I ordered a 27mm one online. It came, but won't go over the nuts. I contacted the supplier he said that the rust gets behind the affixed shiny cover, and makes it swell up, so that the 27mm brace won't fit. I have a 28mm socket which is a loose but acceptable fit. Anyone heard of this before, or is the supplier talking tosh ?

Thanks Guys. I have sealed the sunroofs permanently shut, and sealed the channels surrounding them, including the seal from the surround to the roof.................no leaks from there any more. BUT...............I have discovered the real problem, as many of you have too, no doubt.........The alpine light seals. I have spent today sealing all around these, and time will tell if I am successful. The metal inside and directly under the alpine light is really rotten........must have been leaking all its life..... onwards and upwards, we WILL fix this problem.

Hi Guys, new on here. Just bought a 94 300tdi Disco. Of course it leaks, twin sunroofs etc. I noted that there is a water ingress manual somewhere, can anyone point me in the right direction please. Thanks.
