Freelander 1 TD4 - EML and Limp Mode when going up hill

Hi, can anyone help. I have a 2004 TD4 auto. The tickover keeps going up and down and is really bad in slow moving traffic. Any ideas. Thanks. -
Hi, i replaced mine a while ago. Very easy to do, it must be, i did mine. Get aftermarket ones, not very expensive. Just do a search on the net. British parts may help. Good luck.

Hi, can anyone help. I have a 2004 automatic freelander TD4. Its done about 170,000km, looked after and serviced. The problem is the tickover, it races, goes up and down. In stop start traffic its worse. Can anyone please help or advise, thanks, SS.
