ok, so i received my MS1 cpu from diyautotune.com the other day, and am keen to get it installed, does anyone have a MSQ for MS1-extra? it is a 3.5 V8 running EDIS ignition

Ok, so i have finally ordered an MS1 cpu and terminator plug for my LC-1, as for losing stepper idle, i want to swap to a PWM valve instead, i am keen to get it running right, and as economically as possible as i have a 1200km round trip to the mountains next month I also want to set up table switching via a physical switch, that enables me to swap timing and fuel maps for when i am running LPG, has anyone done this before? Also i would appreciate any advice regarding a dedicated LPG ignition map, i have heard that advance should be all in sooner in the rev range, but there should be less advance overall, other than that, i dont know much, people seem to have differing opinions

thanks guys, ill probably just order it from diyautotune.com i need an LC-1 tuning cable and terminator plug also, as i have misplaced mine, i stupidly setup my lc-1 as instantaneous response, instead of 1/6 second, or 1/12 second, as a result it is impossoble to get a solid afr signal, and therefore it is tricky to finalise the VE table, one of my many problems haha

Hi, I am a former MS2 user, now fed up with its over complicated-ness, I have seen the light and am planning on purchasing an MS1 chip from diyautotune.com, i have had my 3.5 discovery running on MS for nearly 2 years now, and not once has it ran better than the 14CUX I took out of it, it has been adequate sure, but never quite as good, and the 14CUX had a whole bag of problems I am from Australia, and the conversion to megasquirt isn't as popular on rover v8's as it should be, so support is certainly limited, I have been reading on this site for quite a while, and I don't know why it has taken me so long, but I have just realised everything could be a whole lot simpler if I used MS1 specifically MS1 SnE 029v, then I would be able to make use of everyones MSQ files etc., and it should mean I can spend less time fiddling with megasquirt, and more time just enjoying my discovery. I also have a vapour injection LPG system, that is a nightmare to tune using its ECU, I would one day like to use MS to control the injectors and run separate ignition maps for either fuel, is table switching possible with MS1? I am pretty sure that I have read something like that, but I am not totally certain. does anyone have another suggestion as to where I can purchase a MS1 chip? as diyautotune want to charge $36USD to post it to me in Australia, the chips is only going to cost $18, I find that ridiculous.
