gazmall

hi all, new to land rovers, recently bought 03 freelander td4 got problems with tailgate window and sunroof, sunroof only moves about an inch then starts to make a ratcheting sort of noise, also tailgate window has stopped dropping when opening tailgate but still works from button, any help/advise would be gratefull, cheers
