    My advise to you do not ,do not machine the volvo hubs ,make a wheel spacer from the volvo wheel patern to what ever you want ,from aircraft aluminum lightweight and strong ,from the back i will make an inner hat the attaches to willwood rotors and calipers

    Thank you for your reply.  Does anyone have a source for those spacers?  Or cad file of the mounting ring for toyota calipers?

  2. Bringing this thread back up.

    Working on doing a disc conversion here in the middle of the USA.  I have been looking for ideas of best way to do this.

    @94Discovery

    did you ever get your portal conversion done with those calipers that appear to be from GM truck?  Pic below.

    Do you happen to have a design file on the brackets you made for attaching the caliper?

     On a Finland board, I found these rings that are made to allow for the caliper bolt issue you ran into.

    Have a thread on IH8mud. Portal conversion discussion on page 20+  https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/what-the-foo-is-this.674113/page-24

  3. It appears that it is not a new hub, just adapters for the brake calipers, a turned down hub, with the bolt on discs. If that is the case, and this is a solid design, it seems like within reason we could make the bracket. I have friends with CNC access, just need to get this to CAD.
