I have just had the same problems, poor acceleration, only able to do 50mph and turbo not working. It was the injector pump, the governor springs had broke. I went on eBay and found a non genuine 200 TDS sprocket locking kit that was the muts nuts. Second hand pump fitted today and I now have my old Landy back to normal
