You need to go back to the garage who fitted the clutch, sounds like they didn’t reinstall the linkage correctly.

Unfortunately the load covers did vary in colour......I suggested to Mrs BB we could use a black cover but have been overruled, so the hunt is on for a light version.

Don't worry I have the same issue, might be even worse as the trim is light coloured not the usual black......I looked at several FL2 before buying and about half had no load covers, must be the owners carry dogs/high loads frequently and just forget them when PX'ing. None on the usual auction sites so far. Most annoying.
