I’m actually looking to maximise the refurb and sell it on. Is it a preference or should it just be stock with all new shocks and springs instead of being lifted?

Hi All New member and new to the Defender Scene. I’ve just bought a 1987 Defender 90 with a 200TDI from a Disco. I’ve got a multitude of plans for the Defender to bring it back from 1987, one of the modifications I’m doing is putting a rear axle from a disco 300tdi, my question is will I need to strip the diffs over or will it be a straight forward bolt on and use the brake bias valve from the disco? I am also adding PAS, any recommendations on this? The final question is should I add a 2” lift to the truck? I’ve got a Jeep Cherokee with a 4.5” lift and it’s massive, great fun but just wondering if there are any pros/cons and things to be aware of if I put a lift on? thanks in advance Paul
