just a quick note to all on the forum that have offered advice and guidance over the last few postings about my diesel conversion not starting. I am now on a starter motor from a 2litre Tdi and a bit of easystart and she fires up a treat. Got the old girl booked in on wednesday for a full rewire including the heater plugs and then i can move onto the interior. i will have some pictures soon. has anyboby used Samstrim yet? they look good and reasonable any feedback?
