    Thank you its not all the time... belt was changed 2 months ago along with water pump and bearings. Didn't know if it could be anything other than that just had full major service but nothing out the ordinary was found...

    Hi all quick question I have a freelander 2 07 plate 224k miles on the clock it has started making a whirling noise when accelerating and a slight knocking sound do we think it could be a wheel bearing? Sue
