Ok, I solved my problem:) It wasn't switch failure. I have two issues. Both connected with "the electric board" (let's name it that way). One problem was wire to the board feeding power side of the flasher unit wasn't connected to the board. It is very short and could "wibrates itselt out of the board" or some previous owner disconnected it. When I connected the wire, hazard light appeared. Second problem was the connection of the indicators fuse. It wasn't good connection and I have to clean it and resolder fuse mounting point.
But before I diagnosed the problem I checked all the switch wires. So I made the drawing for future use. These two squares are connectors on the switch. I used colors as they are in the wiring loom (most of them are striped):
1. constant power (hot all times)
2. + when switch in marker lights position
3. + when high beam switch position (both connectors has to be connected)
4. + when low beam swtich position
5. right indicator
6. ground when L or R indicator switched on
7. left indicator
8. constant power (hot all times)
9. empty
10. horn
Great thanks everybody for help!
p.s. Switch is pure french - it looks like from Citroen C15 and has the same features. But after "investigatior" I am 99% sure it is from Renault 9 and11, part number 7700779566
