I really dont think it was for money.... just bored kids. I am lucky they didnt cut up the soft top or do any other damage appat from the grill. They may have peeed in the footwells but I washed it out well. LR's rule, you can just hose them down and its not a problem! I cant remember which one it was to be honest, I never paid any attention to it. Its a standard series III so I suspect it is the normal one. K.

Hi, In my LR SIII lightweight, is it normal that I cannot use the 1st gear without stalling? I have even put my foot down on the gas to compensate but without effect, well with effect, I stall the LR! The gearbox seems to run fine, so it might just be me not being used to the ltwt yet. Do other SIII have the same issues? This is annoying as it means that I now only have 3 usable gears..... K.

If you no longer want tis one I will be willing to take it off your hands. Do you have a price in mind? I was thinking of around 20 quid + P&P as that is what they are going for on ebay. That would be SO cool if you still have one. I am willing to pay for it and the shipping. It is really nice of you especially as I cant seem to find one. The US one I found on Eblag is from the back of a LR and not the front grill one. Again thanks, I will definitely PM you to go and forage in your shed. I wish I had a shed..... =) K.

Thanks Les, I also found one on ebay us/canada but i dont think it is the correct one. I will have to see which looks best but I think that my ltwt looks naked without it. It still peeves me off that they stole it. cheers, K.

Hi, Some piddelin' git stole my 'Land Rover Birmingham England' badge off the front grill of my SIII lightweight . Anyone know where I can get a replacement? I have managed to straighten out the grill so it looks ok. K.
