my friend put 4,4 BMW to defender and everything works ok but I know that is different and defender is more simple than RR. In my opinion if you use engine grapple and whole electrical from RR and put these all and turn in to BMW everything will works. Wish you successes !

I've check my pressure was aprox. 1,0 bar like I said above. I need another sensor - can you give me some web site, adress or some phone no. where I can get it ? Thanks !

I did that, I changed for a new one but it still shining so then I checked the pressure by manometr (it can be wrong word I'm not English) and the pressure was 0,8 - 1,1 on "D" when hot. My mechanic said its not dangerous and I can runing whith that - but it makes me confuse when staying on lights. Here in Germany I can only find one kind of sensor but I know in UK you have some more. Then I can adjust some with lower pressure sensitivity - can you help me with that ? Thanks!

In my p38 4.6 HSE - lamp from oil pressure started shining when hot on "D" only when stop. I heard that is possibility to change the sensor for other which has lower sensitivity. Can you know somethig about it - I 'll be glad for help. Thanks!

thanks for answers ! My main problem with RRC is I live in german/polish border here's no knowlege, no parts about this car. Even you find some the price is terrible. I have P38 and about it is mostly ok, but about classic forget it, if you want this car you have to advice by yourself. I'm really think to put him some bmw or mercedes engine - we have full of them here. I'm very glad I find you, you've knowlege which I really need here

Hello; I've just bought 88' classic with non running engine and I thinking to change it for some other ( it not must be LR engine ). Maybe you have some experiences about engine swap in classic. Now is 3,5 V8 with automatic gear. Thanks !
