Your truck might be ready for 2013 Rich !
-
had my letter
i knew a while ago about the outcome of next year but this confirmed it
its a shame really but hey ho
maybe you can arrange a 2day event during the year ? as im sure to hell we ALL would enter that one to all catch up with each other
after all way back when you first started look at the entrants....the banter....the laughs.... the carnage in the pitts with teams tipping there cars onto the side to work on them
who knows what the future may hold, i hope i get the chance to compete with such a fine bunch of organisers again
on behalf of both me and pricey
thank you buxton & district for such a fantastic few years
I agree with you there Dan. we would be up for a 2day event if they decided to run one. And if they run another series in 2013 we'll be in. Thanks to the BADLRC for the last couple of years hopefully sea you all again.

We did away with the sensors and cats and have tubular manifolds that we had off another project. It's had no problems with emissions having changed the resistor, sent the V5 off with new engine number and cc and it came back changed nothing was said about any emission level. I got the resistor from a local Landy specialist, i was suprised they had one in stock. Carn't remember how much it was but i can remeber being surprised how cheap it was.

When we fitted a Disco 3.9 in our 90 we changed the tune resistor so we didn't have to fit the cats.

My mate used to have one of those boxes on his td5 90, it kept blowing up the ecu's. After the 3rd one went he chucked it and got a proper remap.

I think I know who you mean, if it's the man I think was at rd2 LRS. He lives just out side newport in a sort of caravan site behind a old garage before you get to hinstock. I don't know him just see him around, you carn't really miss his 90 !

We run a Gigglepin drum and it's no different in operation than our mates Delta tech one. As said before make sure the end plate's square when you bolt it up.
