Im half way there have got the 200tdi in and running like a charm, but i would greatly appreciate anyone's help to sort this problem out
The gearbox number of my LT77 starts with '59A' which research says its out of a 2.0 MPI disco...
so first off will this mate up to my 200tdi?? or do i need a different bellhousing because of the stud pattern...
but also it appears the starter motor knockout on the bellhousing is on the opposite side to where it bolts onto the tdi's flywheel housing... so clearly something is wrong there
but as this is all going into a series the bellhousing appears to be too long and is likely to foul the bulkhead... so would this conversion require both a shorter bellhousing but also mainshaft in order for them to mate up
