  1. Success!!! After defrosting the injector pump with hot water and jumping it off the 540 it is running.... Whoo Hoo... Thank you everybody for your help Next thing, what additive do I need to put in the diesel to stop it freezing again overninght?
  2. Hi It was -17 here last night and when I came to start my 1998 300tdi Discovery it wouldn't start, it turned over very slowly, which it usually fires on the third to fourth turn... I have checked the cooling system and there is plenty of antifreeze in and none of the hoses are frozen and it bubbles back to the header...but it turns slowly, I can see the cams turning with the filler cap off, the lift pump was u/s, so I have replaced it and I can get fuel all the way to the injector pump but that's it... Nothing is coming out of the pump... Could it be frozen, or have I destroyed it trying to fault find by turning it over... What do I do next...? Please help Kind Regards AfterHouR
