Sheepshed

Hi all, Have started losing oil from the end of the front axle - but discs are clear and not contaminated. All the oil is coming out through the rubber end cap on the hub with none inside the wheel - does this sound like the stub axle oil seal. Not sure if oil is leaking from the swivel or through from the diff? Any help appreciated.
