i bought a ripspeed (halfords own brand) DV710, but any of the DV range is good. A lot of people knock them but it does what it says on the packet and iv never had a problem with it. Had it fitted now for nearly a year. Bought mine off fleabay for £75 including postage!!! Bargin!!! I only bought the ariel adapter from halfords for couple quid, no other leads required. Some of the newer DV range it touch screen, even better!! Hope its some help Kris

yes exactly, most single din head units will fit, and most will come with compatibility instructions! I recently fitted a dvd/cd player in my head unit and didn't even require any adapters, just slotted into the landrover plugs!! Bonus!! Halfords will give you the most help, even if you dont buy the head unit from them!! Kris

just wondered if anybody had cruise control fitted to their freelander 1? can it be done? i understand it would be aftermarket but just interested if people had experiance of it and was it worth it? thanks Kris
