  1. I'm in Northumberland near Morpeth They say I need to send my key numbers and it could be one of twelve part numbers and landerover say it was over five months for the last one they ordered Richard
  2. My 99 td5 has just been towed away to the local LD garage as it would not turn over. They have just informed me that it's the ignition switch and it will be £400 plus and then £250 to install. But the best part is that the part will take 5 months to be delivered from landrover ......... Yes 5 months.....
  3. Yes the clutch pedal is heavy only after the clutch was replaced. The clutch was dragging and I couldn't get the gears so the garage replaced the master cylinder and slave cylinder which has made the pedal better but still heavy and the gears are better but not like they used to be like. I have had the car for 6 years and all of a sudden thing are failing at once and I think it may be time to get a new one......
  4. I have just had a clutch and flywheel replaced in my td5 (99) and now find that the clutch is very heavy and I can now feel all the gears when driving. I have also had both the master and slave cylinder replaced but this has not resolved the issue. Any advise would be welcomed Richard......
  5. I have a disco td5 and I have tried to start it and all I get is a beeping noise plus a 13 on the das display with the 3 crossed out Any advise would be welcomed Richard...
  6. I have owned my TD5 GS for 5 years and am now experiencing difficulty when selecting 3rd gear , this is a lot more noticeable when cold. The Disco has 86K on the clock and my local independent LD garage changed the oil but this has made no real difference. I also feel that the flywheel made be starting to fail. Thanks. Lough90
