hello and a merry xmas and a happy new year to you all. ok flannel over. I'm again on the quest for knowledge. I'm off to the spares day at the Malvern Showground in january and have promised my father-in-law that I would look out for a new set of seatbelts for the rear of his Td5 (his dog eat the last lot. No laughing.) Will a set of 300 tdi disco ones fit. To simplify thats are the belts from the dicky seats in a TD5 the same as the middle row belts in a 300tdi thanks in advance.

The clutch on my 300tdi disco slips under heavier loads but is fine during normal driving. On occasions the slip is accompanied by a smell of burning oil, so I am thinking that the clutch must be contaminated by oil. But is there any way of finding out whether it is from the engine or gearbox so that I can get the correct seal and change it while the clutch is renewed. As anybody had this problem themselves?
