thanks for that mo, i will look into that. still in the early stages now, getting the body/running gear completely seperated. we have the body and chassis seperated with 6" wooden chocks all round and will be doing the rest in the morning. we are hoping to get the complete body heigh enough to pull the rolling chassis out the front. in your honest oppinion, do you think we should take the body appart?

i have a 1995 110 van with a rotten chassis (300tdi). going along the lines of a new galv. replacement and shortlisted a one from r.c. at about £1500. spotted new ones for a td5 on fleabay for £750. all i want to ask is it there much to it to convert them to take the 300 lump, outher than mountings and tank (need a new fuel tank anyway).the cheaper opption is looking good as it would leave a few quid for essential toys (lift kit, rock sliders etc) any help/advice appreciated
