my mother was in an accident as a passenger in one of my work vrhicles, got my own solicitors to take up the case ....downside had some outlay for specialists and reports etc. but came out better than if it had been one of those no win no fee jobbies.........approx 3 times what they first thought she would get

Yeah, i probably will for the immediate, this thread came about due to abit of random surfing yesterday, and curiosity got the better of me.

2007 stuck in 3rd gear

Hi,
Friend of mine has a 2007 Defender with the Ford gearbox , he was turning and it was stiff coming out of reverse and he put it into 3rd gear now it it stuck. His mechanic has removed the box but says there is no way to split the box to look inside and says best idea would be to buy a second hand or new box at £ 1500.00. Any ideas please. Tried to search forum but nothing came back....
