Unable to select Low Ratio?

Hey I have been lurking and I think my grub screw is all crazy and my selector keeps popping out of High but it will stay engaged in 4lo-difflock. Could you maybe circle the area where this grub screw is so I can troubleshoot it easier? Im afraid that I might just have to replace the whole shift unit. thanks!
