Oh dear if you get like a puller and weld it it the inside of the outer baring you will get it out or weld a cheap slide hammer to it
If not it's looking like the angle grinder

Edc code if you ring any landrover dealer they have it but you need the vin number
Mine does this every now and again usually when parked next to a shogun I've found open it with the key remove battery lead then wait 5 mins then put it back on this usually fixes mine

A td5 is not really powerful enough and that's got 130 bhp
A 200 tdi left the factory about 15 years ago with 100 bhp so now it's prob goin to have a few less I think about 70 bhp so IMHO don't is do it

I've done the rear face lift to my 2000 model the lights fit perfect
The only difference between the face lift and the old one is the lamp units

The 99-2002 discovery rear brake blub is a pain too you unscrew 4 screws the lamp comes off then you see a further 10 screws holding the bulb holder thingy in which ever monkey designed it never planned to own one and change a bulb

Does the TD4 have a timing belt or is it on a chain
I know it's basically the 2.2 turbo diesel out of a ford mondeo

It could be a dodgy pressure switch on the ace valve block

I'd go for air helper springs
I've got hd lift kit on mine and if I have a heavy trailer on it really sits down at the back

Got a disco 2 had it 4 years been really reliable up till the Xmas break
Abs light came on I stopped turned off started again light went out and stayed out so I thought great stuff
Driving today all lights came on abs tc hill decent
If I jump on the brakes I feel the abs working and no wheels lock up but I still have the lights on
If I set off like a loon and spin the wheels tc works
Now to me if everythings working as it should why are the lights on
Thanks Danny
