  1. yeah ive got the old metal cylinder air box witch is upright behind the inter cooler and then me air intake pipe running along between the rad and engine past the water header tank and up out through the vent in top of wing (drivers side) to me snorkle, but its all bit of pain in the ass so may have to have bit of re jig,maybe change the air box at some point.def have another go at rad with jet wash and shine tortch through make sure got all out.think me air intake is fine tho.cheers mav
  2. thanks for ya replies,got rad of a breaker (shame i know) but aperared to be in real good nick but weather blocked inside who knows,it is a little bit blocked here and there with baked mud between the fins but just cant get the stubon stuff out,so wonder if that could be the prob,wat ya recon?if not have to wip it off and try flush it out .if not new rad then.shame because had a brand spankers on there and put big hole in it,never mind,is their any way of getting the baked mud out of them anyone,tryed the old jet wash but dont really shift it that well,cheers anyway been well helpfull coments,are let ya know the out come,by the way got electric fan by manual switch but barely have to use it,have tried it but makes no difference,cheers all - Daz
  3. hi all,i own a 90 with 200tdi convertion.having problems with it overheating,the thing is i can go off roading all day in it and it will be fine,around town fine,but when i hit the dual carrage way and put me foot down she starts to get hot.got the right temp sender,the inlet and out let pipes on radiator are hot.cant realy work it out because surely if thier was problem would get hot when im out off roading but hey,if anyone out their got any ideas would be we helpfull,cheers all-Daz
