Hi to one & all,just a little problem,on start up i can hear my fan running, i have replaced the engine temp sensor,can any out there help

Hi one and all,my heated seats stopped working,both switches light up & i can hear the relay, so had a look around under the drivers seat,found a black plug with two female conectors,i think this is the problem,anyone know were this should be plugged in,pic would help.cheers
