  1. i came back home from bridlington to esholt on sunday in the van. up on the yorkshire wolds there was a good 6inch of snow. i saw one or two 4x4 slipping all over the place & one rarter new looking rr sports stuck in a ditch. i was following a freelander for a bit at 20mph we got to an incline saw them messing around with some thing inside they slowed to a crawl. thought id best get past them as i did not want to stop as i had 1/2ton of coal & a load of logs on bored. as i pulled past you should of seen the look i got off them

  2. hi

if you are venting it through the roof you will need a fire retardent flashing plate also it might be aswell buying some fire cement or similler to form a seal on your pipe joints. i do belive now you can get it in cartride form so can fit in skelton gun.

  3. At the end of the day who has done what before is of little importance. I'm quite sure that in all the years that the Point to Point regulations have been in place successive organisers have brought their own unique twist to the discipline.

I prefer to concentrate on the future than dwell in the past and my inspiration, along with many of the challenge drivers who have come to the fore in recent years, comes from the success that exciting 'new' disciplines are enjoying in the US.

If this gives us the motivation to relaunch, rebrand or repackage a discipline that has not seen the light of day for a number of years, then I believe it can only be for the good of the sport.
