  1. Last time it snapped the belt I fitted a belt only with no new pulleys. I checked the idler and tensioner and ther was no play whatsoever. This time I will be putting a Dayco belt on with all new pulleys. There is no play in the injector pump bearings and only a slight bit of movement on the shaft of the pump laterally. This shouldn't really affect this ? Or should it. Getting the urge to sell it and buy something else !
  2. It is a 200 Tdi. V belts instead of the serpentine belt !
  3. Hi Help is required I have a disco 200 tdi in my 1992 csw and 4 months ago the timing belt snapped due to running hard against the timing casing and slowly stripping the edge of the belt with the lip on the tensioner pulley. Recently the belt has snapped again and once again it is badly worn due to being pushed against the timing casing and damaged from the tensioner lip. Anyone had this problem
