Last time it snapped the belt I fitted a belt only with no new pulleys. I checked the idler and tensioner and ther was no play whatsoever.
This time I will be putting a Dayco belt on with all new pulleys.
There is no play in the injector pump bearings and only a slight bit of movement on the shaft of the pump laterally. This shouldn't really affect this ? Or should it.
Getting the urge to sell it and buy something else !
