  1. Guys, thanks for the help! Thermostat would be my guess also. Outside temperature in this places use to be low. My heater doesn't work, many people in Brazil just take out the hose and close the system when they have a heater problem because it's not necessary in Brazil, so the guy who sold me did this. Water level is being stable for the last 15.000km (never need to put more). What makes me think it's not the thermostat is the fact that when I turn on the car and leave on neutral for a while it goes to the normal temperature, but maybe it's working but not properly. So, considering that it's not for a long time I could consider that it wont damage the car? But I will consider change the stat for sure. Thanks everybody and thanks for new likes from here that we saw on our Facebook!
  2. Hi everybody, we are new here. We are a Brazilian couple in a round the world honeymoon in our Land Rover 300tdi. If somebody can help us, we are facing a strange issue. The engine gets very cold when we go from 3.500m to 3.200m for instance. Every time we go to lower altitude. Is it a problem to drive with the engine very cold? (in the blue marker) Thanks! Ah, just to introduce our machine is this one, in Bolivia 2 months ago. If anybody want to check, www.facebook.com/daytrippersbr and www.daytrippers.com.br, we write both in portuguese and english!
