Help!
I knew when i brought the V8 it would be expensive to run, but mine has got really bad. Only getting about 10mpg doing 60mph on the motorway. When i attach the 27ft twin axle caravan i have just purchased it is "amusing" to watch the fuel gauge!
Somethimes when it starts the revs will pick up to 1k then it sometimes dies and i have to restart - sometimes it is fine. Also noticed that when i am towing there is hardly any power which is suprising for such a big engine and ideal towing gearing.
Any ideas where i should start to look for a fault?
It has done £103k, well maintained, its the ES 3.9 Auto?
Any advice would be much appreicated.
