Which aspect are you unsure about? AFAIK Water goes in one end and out the other, and the oil does the same

sorry after re reading i realise the post is pretty vague.

what i mean is, what hose do i break into to feed the cooler at what point? do i run it in parallel to the rad?

parallel to the pipe exiting the cold side of the rad?

heater pipes are not great as they are at the front and the cooler is easier to mount behind the cab.

ive moved the rad to the back of the truck. im not sure how to connect the water pipes?

[disco commercial and the LEZ]

i have a 300 tdi commercial disco. i have seen on the LEZ website that it will be non compiant after october. as i work inside the LEZ its a problem. does anyone know if i could reclassify it as a passanger vechicle by putting a window in or a seat. i dont use the car for commercial use just the fact that i need it for private purposes.

any light on the subject would be gratefully recieved.

Yes 265/75 Muds do fit on a commercial (see pic below). I have good standard springs, a 1" lift using blocks under the springs, a camel cut on rear arch, and I had to trim a bit of plastic off the front bumper return. Wheels have standard offset. Using modulars or spacers would give issues without a bigger lift.

Ok cool I'll get some 1" lift spacers , but just to clear someting up what's a camel cut?

hello, just wondering can the bearing in the front cover on a 300tdi be changed as mine is really rough. ive taken the pullry off but cant seem to remove the bearing. has anyone else had any luck?

id say a 300tdi truck cab 90.

any mods you do keep the origianl bits so you can return it to standard when u come to sell it , then you can sell all the parts and probably get a good return.

just a quick question how do you get the glass out of a truck cab rear window to replace the rubbers and runners.

also the same for series doors.

also if anyone has the part numbers for the seals and rubbers that would be grand!

hello ive just laid my hands on a webasto heater, i would like to know where to take the fuel pick up from.

iam concernered that the fuel pressure may be too high from the td5 fuel pump.

any info may be of use.

I am sorry to say I get very defensive when I see what I take to be the abuse of green lanes by people who either do not understand or do not care about the sensitive political situation surrounding them.

i completely agree, to see lanes shut just because lanes are torn to shreads by short sighted people is a shame.

whats more of a shame is that due to those types of people not looking after the lanes we are forced to have this conversation.

i agree with your 1st point completely but dont think TG meant any harm by there comments and maybe my reprentation of what was said was wrong.

he could have meant winching when at local play days - he did say greenlaning AND offroading.

yeah dont think he meant dragging his diff pans along a green lane , i think he meant 'i like green laning' AND, 'driving to get stuck and then winching '.

how intersting, watching top gear last night when guy ritchie comes on as a star in a resnably priced car and ......... apparently he likes greenlaning and 'a bit of winching'. with his money we could have a top class winch truck on our hands!
