sorry after re reading i realise the post is pretty vague. what i mean is, what hose do i break into to feed the cooler at what point? do i run it in parallel to the rad? parallel to the pipe exiting the cold side of the rad? heater pipes are not great as they are at the front and the cooler is easier to mount behind the cab. thanks dan

hello, i have a 300 tdi commercial disco. i have seen on the LEZ website that it will be non compiant after october. as i work inside the LEZ its a problem. does anyone know if i could reclassify it as a passanger vechicle by putting a window in or a seat. i dont use the car for commercial use just the fact that i need it for private purposes. any light on the subject would be gratefully recieved. cheers dan

cheers dave thats a good start, to explain ive put a discovery auto box into my defender and i need to connect the reversing switch and sort out the inhibit switch. so i need to know what those connections do. thanks dan

hello, just wondering can the bearing in the front cover on a 300tdi be changed as mine is really rough. ive taken the pullry off but cant seem to remove the bearing. has anyone else had any luck? thanks Dan

can i ask what happened to cause that slight axle malfunction.

id say a 300tdi truck cab 90. any mods you do keep the origianl bits so you can return it to standard when u come to sell it , then you can sell all the parts and probably get a good return. spend around £4000

hello, just a quick question how do you get the glass out of a truck cab rear window to replace the rubbers and runners. also the same for series doors. also if anyone has the part numbers for the seals and rubbers that would be grand! cheers dan

hello ive just laid my hands on a webasto heater, i would like to know where to take the fuel pick up from. iam concernered that the fuel pressure may be too high from the td5 fuel pump. any info may be of use. thanks in advance. dan
